Today was graduation day at The National Personal Training Institute of Arizona. Our graduates went through our 240 hour state licensed Master Personal Trainer Diploma program where they learned anatomy, physiology, nutrition, program design, business, NASM, and received over 100 hours of in the gym practical experience. They also received certifications in kettlebell, suspension, and PNF stretching. We ARE where competence is born and confidence thrives! Congrats to our newest fitness professionals! Today our students learned the anatomy of the hamstrings, calves, and adductors by NPTI instructor and Doctor of Physical Therapy .davidskolnik.dpt . We don’t make online certified personal trainers. Instead, we make confident and more importantly, competent fitness professionals. We ARE where fitness professionals are made in the best facility to learn in . Be average or be great! It’s quite simple. If you want to become a fitness professional, you have to choose between an online certification or a hands on certification. One gives you the competence and confidence to succeed while the other gives you zero applicable skills, thus no confidence or competence. We are now enrolling for our April term! We are Arizona’s only state licensed personal trainer trade school. VA benefits accepted. 🌵
