What is a lie? Generally speaking, it is a statement or action meant to deceive another or one’s self from the real facts or truth and conveying a falsehood. The devil was a liar and father of lies. It is a problem today like never before. People don’t know what to believe and there is so much deception. In order to be healed inside a person’s mind and soul there has to be an understanding of truth. Of course, I believe the word of God is the basis of all truth and the laws of nature declare his truths. It is mentioned in the Declaration of Independence in the first paragraph, the laws of nature and nature’s God. Everything in the universe operates on truth. All the laws of nature operate on truth. When any organism, rock, the universe, all life in its simplist form and its most complicated form, breaks any of the laws designed by its creator, chaos and destruction come into play. So many people are full of lies about themselves and deception from the devil. It is hard to break through these lies to bring healing and freedom paid for by Jesus on the cross and his resurrection from the dead. God cannot lie, but the devil and his demons are constantly deceiving people to not trust God and his words of life and to believe lies and to lose faith. Truth, wisdom and faith will cure every disease, problem, break every fetter, bestow freedom and bring eternal happiness. We must apply truth and believe every word spoke by our creator starting in the book of Genesis and all the way through Revelation!
