Working with Sal has been a game-changer for me. I’ve lost 50 pounds and have been able to add muscle, I couldn’t be happier with the results and feeling. Tired of overpacked gyms ? Dirty equipment that hasn’t been sanitized in months, rude people who seem to take there time and hog the machine you want to use ?

Do you ever feel stuck with your routine ? Bored with the food you are eating ? Feel like you loose 2-3 pounds but then it comes right back on after a weekend and you are stuck trying to loose the same 2-3 pounds again. I used to be someone myself who worked out 7 days a week and sometimes twice a day if I could and my results were very limited. Now I workout 3 days a week and control my diet ( still have fun with cheat meals on the weekends ) and because my programming is so efficient I found that I build more muscle and look way better without having to put in an absurd amount of time at the gym that I don’t have. So now I have more time for my hobbies, family and friends while still keeping the physique and results that I want.
