On April 25th, join us for National Prescription Drug Take Back Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 🗓️ This important event helps combat prescription drug abuse and keeps our communities safe.

Since its start, over 19.5 million pounds (9,750 tons) of unused medications have been properly disposed of, reducing risks of misuse and accidental poisonings.

Make a difference by cleaning out your medicine cabinet and bringing your expired or unused medications to a designated drop-off location. Together, we can create a healthier, safer environment for all.

On Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at West Middle School, Andover, for DEA’s National Prescription Drug Take Back Day! 🗑️💊

This event, hosted by the Andover Police Department, helps safely dispose of unwanted medications and protect our community.
Remember, collection sites won’t accept syringes, sharps, or illicit drugs. Keep liquid products sealed in their original containers to prevent leaks.
Since its start, Take Back Day has removed over 19.5 million pounds of medication from circulation, promoting safety and health. Let’s make a difference together!

A California company has recalled more than 3.1 million bottles of lubricating eye drops because it had not properly tested – and thus could not prove – whether the products were sterile.
