Whether you are an adult managing the pressures of life or a teen navigating the stress of school and social dynamics, sometimes we need more than just a place to vent. We need tools.

In my virtual private practice, I work with teens and adults to bridge the gap between the mind and the body. We don't just talk about the stress; we use a clinical "toolkit" to change how you experience it:
-Somatic Tools: To calm the physical "alarm bells" of anxiety in your body.
-DBT Skills: To handle big emotions and distress without feeling "flooded."
-CBT Techniques: To identify and rewire the thought patterns that keep you stuck.

You might be dealing with stress… or burnout! They’re not the same.

Stress says:
“I have too much to do and not enough time.”
racing thoughts, tension, trying to keep up
Burnout says:
“I have nothing left to give.”
*exhaustion, numbness, loss of motivation

The difference: Stress = too much Burnout = not enough left

Most people try to “push through”…But pushing through burnout only makes it worse.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, drained, or overwhelmed, this is your sign to pause and take care of yourself.
