race week is here ⭐️ the 305 Half is my absolute favorite half marathon and it’s the home of my PR so I embrace the challenge of the hot weather and massive causeways involved in this one—bc I’ve proved to myself that I can do hard things and run fast regardless of the hot climbs 👊🏼

These throwbacks are from 2017-2025 (2021 not included 🙃). These have all been races where I’ve pushed hard—finish times range between 1:33 as my slowest in 2017 and 1:24 (my current PR) in 2020. Gosh 6 years since a PR?! I need to get on it lol 😆

So happy that’s done 😮‍💨 and I’m so thankful for an entertaining show bc long runs on the treadmill are no joke (currently watching person of interest👌🏼). There’s no way I can sanely do a fully easy run of this length on the ‘mill so I programmed an interval workout to help the time go by faster — swipe to see the details.
