Running high mileage means muscle aches are pretty much part of marathon training 🙃 When something starts feeling tight or sore, I reach for to help support my muscles and keep me moving. The PRO Extreme has a strong adhesive so it stays put even through my sweatiest runs for up to 7 days 👏🏼 It’s been a game changer for staying active and not letting small aches derail my training. Definitely one of my go-to recovery tools during this marathon build. Save this for your next sore run day 🏃🏻‍♀️

It was such a special day at the 7th annual Bounce Back from Cancer event this weekend 💛 Grateful to be part of a community showing up in support of cancer research alongside the Miami Heat and the Baptist Health Foundation. The energy, the stories, and the thousands of people who walked (and dribbled!) up to 14.2 miles made it incredibly inspiring. Not every marathon needs to be a PR ✨ Chicago was about soaking it all in—the crowds, energy, the run community all pumped up around me — the moments I waited years for after 2020 when I was initially supposed to run this race 🫶🏼
all the back pain, absolutely no time goal—just running for the experience… and that might be why it felt so good ❤️💙

Hot take: social media (Strava included!) might be the reason your running isn’t improving 👀

If your “easy” runs keep turning into workouts… this is probably why.

Running progress doesn’t come from keeping up with someone else’s pace on your feed — it comes from staying in your zone, building consistency, and letting easy days actually be easy.

Run your pace. Trust your plan. The progress will follow.

Recovery is just as important as the miles 🏃🏻‍♀️
