🧠Science says: During your period, estrogen and progesterone levels are at their lowest, which can reduce energy and mood but exercise helps release endorphins that ease cramps and boost mood.
Menstrual phase is reset, not a shutdown.
You don’t have to stay in bed all week (unless you want to 👏🏾). Light walks, yoga, stretching, or even lifting all help release cramps and boost mood. It’s not about doing nothing, it’s about doing what feels right.
