Sometimes we need that push, that jumpstart and my god there is SO much nutrition noise out there it will hurt your brain.

Simple and effective!
Anti-inflammatory coleslaw is a thingšŸ¤—ā£
⁣
It’s a perfect mix to prep and keep in your fridge!⁣ it lasts for daaaays
⁣
Whether it’s eaten on plant based tacos, bbq, chicken sandwich or stuffed into egg rolls or quesadillas this NO MAYO coleslaw is a hit.⁣
⁣
I like to keep it around as regular salad topping too! It’s basically a veggie rich dressing šŸ™ŒšŸ»ā£
⁣
šŸ˜Reduce your potential inflammation from mass produced mayo and use this all natural mix for your next slaw šŸ˜ ⁣
⁣
Anti-inflammatory Coleslaw recipe ⁣
1 head cabbage ⁣
1 cup shredded carrots⁣
1/2 cup scallions⁣
1/2 cup cilantro ⁣
⁣
No mayo Dressing⁣
2 tbsp evoo⁣
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar⁣
1 tbsp spicy mustard⁣
1/2 tbsp honey or maple⁣
2 garlic cloves⁣
1/4 tsp salt and pepper⁣
optional tsp celery seeds, caraway seeds, dill⁣
⁣
Directions:⁣
Chop and cabbage, carrots, scallions and cilantro any way you like⁣
Mix your dressing ingredients ⁣
Pour dressing over slaw ingredients ⁣
Mix well and it’s even better the next day⁣
I love eating this mixture cold or warmed up⁣

Use this pudding as a fruit dip, oatmeal topping, a yogurt topping or just eat it as is 🧔 šŸŽƒ ⁣

✨Fun fact✨⁣
Pumpkin is high in vitamin A. Fat aids with absorbing vitamin A⁣
Chia seeds have those good fats you need to keep you satisfied, absorb the vitamin A and fiber to keep you regular šŸ˜‰ ⁣

Pumpkin spice protein pudding⁣

Ingredients:⁣
1/2 cup pumpkin purée (not pie filling ) ⁣
2 scoops protein powder (I used link in bio)⁣
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice⁣
2 tsp chia seeds⁣
3/4 cup-1 cup plant milk⁣
⁣
⁣
Directions:⁣
Add all ingredients, except milk, into a high speed blender ⁣
Begin to blend and slowly add milk. I wanted my pudding thick so I added only 3/4 cup⁣
Allow pudding to set for 5 minutes. The chia seeds will thicken⁣
If needed, blend with additional 1/4 cup milk ⁣
