Set up automatic replies on email, your EHR, Facebook messages, and Instagram DMs so people aren’t left waiting while you rest.

3️⃣. 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀-𝗨𝗽
Share your holiday hours on your website, email footer, or social media. A little notice goes a long way in keeping your schedule running smoothly.

4️⃣. 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱
Plan your posts, write your captions, and pre-schedule everything so you’re not slipping away from family events just to hit “post.”

Check credentials, references, and skills. Don’t rush the interview process. A little extra time upfront prevents major issues later.

Even skilled VMAs need training on your systems and expectations. Clear workflows and communication prevent confusion, errors, and turnover.
