This patient is beyond excited with her treatment! With only one session so far she had a tremendous improvement in pigmentation and skin texture. We did a combination of Spot Treatment and laser genesis in the chest area to improve pigment and redness and to help blur other imperfections. How to start the year off right with your skin?
This is PRF which stands for Plasma Rich Platelet. Have you heard of it?
It is a very amazing treatment to refresh your skin.

HOW DOES PRF WORK?

When platelets bind to the fibrin scaffold, they become activated and release growth factors, which start the healing process by creating NEW SKIN CELLS, COLLAGEN and blood vessels. By injecting PRF into an area on the face or scalp, a controlled inflammatory response is created, which kick starts new cell growth and collagen production.

The growth factors are what stimulate the stem cells to improve collagen and elastin in the skin. The platelets in PRF are thought to be more robust than those in PRP, and to therefore promote faster healing.
