PRS We aim to set the standard for Athletic Performance and Recovery.

This weekend we had the opportunity to celebrate International Women’s Day alongside an incredible community of women.

Grateful to collaborate with Brooks Running, and DICK’S House of Sport for an event centered around movement, wellness, and taking care of the body that carries us through life.

It was inspiring to see so many women showing up for themselves, prioritizing their health, their energy, and their longevity.

We believe recovery isn’t just for athletes. It’s for anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and continue showing up fully for the people and things that matter most.

Grateful to be part of a community that continues to support and uplift women.

LeBron James spends “$1.5 million” a year on his body and his career speaks for itself.

Over two decades at the highest level. Still performing. Still competing. That’s not luck. That’s what intentional athletic recovery looks like when it becomes a lifestyle.

But here’s the thing. You don’t need a $60M salary to take your health and performance seriously.

Your ROI looks different. It’s waking up with actual energy and mental clarity. It’s picking up your kids without your back giving out. It’s staying sharp when life demands the most from you. No brain fog. No chronic fatigue. No feeling like you’re running on empty despite doing everything right.

Because longevity isn’t just about living long. It’s about staying mobile, strong, and functional for a long time.

We only go as far as our health allows. If you’re an active adult, everyday athlete, or high performer trying to build something great, your body has to be able to keep up with your ambitions. Under recovery is the thing holding most people back, not effort.

At PRS, we build personalized recovery systems around real people with real goals. No guesswork. No generic routines. A structured recovery protocol built around you. 🧬

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy and cold plunge recovery protocols used by elite NBA athletes like LeBron James show why sequencing your recovery matters more than the modalities themselves.

Performance science has evolved far beyond basic ice baths. Today, we structure recovery to intentionally influence the nervous system and prepare the body for peak performance.

Cold therapy activates the dive reflex and stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, increasing alertness and circulation.

Following cold exposure with hyperbaric oxygen therapy shifts the body into parasympathetic mode, where oxygen saturation increases and deep cellular repair accelerates beyond what passive rest can achieve.

We often sequence modalities like cold plunge, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, soft tissue work, and movement preparation to create the right neurological and physiological state before training or competition.

The goal isn’t just recovery.
It’s readiness.

This type of structured recovery is what separates casual wellness habits from the systems that keep elite athletes performing at a high level for years.

Recovery is not one modality.

It is architecture. 🧬

Pro Day prep isn’t random. It’s intentional. 🏈

We start with an evaluation to measure what matters. 🧬
Soft tissue work to restore mobility and tissue quality. 💪🏻
Red light therapy to recharge at the cellular level. 🚨
Cryotherapy to control inflammation. ❄️
Sauna to drive adaptation. 🔥

Train explosive.
Recover disciplined.
Show up ready when opportunity calls.

02/28/2026

You train for today, but you recover for tomorrow.

Every session creates stress.
Every rep demands adaptation.

Recovery isn’t rest.
It’s preparation.
It’s strategy.
It’s how you stay consistent when others break down.

Train with intensity.
Recover with intention.

Intention. Protocol. Results. 🧬

02/27/2026

If you’re serious about performance,
be serious about recovery. 🧬

Your edge isn’t talent.
It’s how consistently you show up prepared.

No shortcuts. Just standards.

02/19/2026

It is not about the cold.
It is about what happens after. ❄️

Improved mood. Better recovery. Higher output. 🧬

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy increases oxygen delivery to tissues by up to 1,500% 🫁 supporting cellular energy production, muscle recovery and training capacity that separates elite performance from plateau 🧬

Navy SEALs and professional athletes 🥇 do not use HBOT for injury recovery alone. They use it to maintain peak performance output when training volume exceeds natural recovery capacity.

When recovery lags behind training stress, performance metrics drop. Sessions feel heavier. Power output declines. Adaptation stalls. That is not a motivation problem. That is physiology reaching its limit without adequate recovery support and oxygen saturation.

HBOT works by dissolving oxygen directly into blood plasma not just binding it to red blood cells. This allows oxygen to reach deep tissues, damaged areas with restricted blood flow, and metabolically active muscle fibers that standard respiration cannot fully saturate.

The result 👇
Accelerated tissue repair 🧬
Reduced inflammation markers 🔻
Improved mitochondrial function ⚙️
Faster return to training readiness 🏃‍♂️

Recovery is not passive rest, it is an active metabolic process that requires oxygen, nutrients, and cellular resources. When oxygen availability is optimized through hyperbaric therapy, adaptation, performance capacity, and longevity all rise together 📊

Train harder because you recover smarter 🧠

Recovery is not a luxury. It is part of sustaining performance, energy, and longevity. Opportunities to educate, connect, and support people in taking better care of their bodies are always aligned with our mission.

Appreciate everyone who spent time with us. 🧬

Chronic pain that keeps returning is rarely just a treatment issue. It is usually an assessment issue.

Most pain management approaches chase symptoms without addressing the root dysfunction, compensation patterns, or mobility restrictions that created the stress in the first place. Performance based therapy identifies why pain exists before deciding how to treat it.

Pain is the output, not the problem 🎯

Compensation patterns build silently through inefficient movement mechanics, muscle imbalances, and fascial restrictions. Over time, these patterns reduce performance capacity, limit force production, and increase joint stress 📉

Without proper movement assessment, therapy becomes expensive guesswork. Manual therapy, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue work, targeted stretching, and activation protocols only produce results when applied to the right limitation 🧠

This is why elite athletes and high performers prioritize comprehensive assessment before treatment. Sports therapy and recovery require precision, not hope 🏆

The nervous system protects dysfunction that has not been addressed yet. Mobility work without assessment often masks the real limiter instead of resolving it.

Longevity and performance are built on movement efficiency. When biomechanics improve, pain decreases, output increases, and tissue resilience rises 🔁

You do not need more random treatments or temporary relief methods. You need clearer answers through functional movement screening, biomechanical analysis, and personalized recovery protocols built around your specific compensation patterns and performance goals. 🧬

Media Day with the 2025 State Champion at . A season defined by discipline, preparation, and a commitment to doing the small things right, on and off the field.

At PRS, we believe recovery is part of championship culture. When athletes prioritize how they reset, recharge, and rebuild, performance becomes repeatable.
