When I started sharing on social media, I just copied other people. Mostly because I didn't know what I was doing. I didn't yet know how to share my perspective without the fear of judgement.

But all marketing is, is getting over that fear of being judged and share your perspective. There's someone in your town that has a problem that you are more then capable to helping.

They will never find out how great of a therapist you are unless you start sharing what you do and how you help people.

If you want to grow your therapy clinic and have your schedule full of the right patients, then complaining about insurance and doctors are not going to cut it. Get out of your own way and show up.

The test only gets easier when you get smarter about how you approach the exam questions.

Great work on using the frameworks that were created to make studying easier. When it comes to studying for the CHT exam, the approach I take is make it easier, then fill in the details, and apply the information.

Not only does this help you feel successful in studying, but it helps you feel more confident when explanating to your patients what's wrong and how you can help get them better.

Confidence comes on the other side of the work you do to hold yourself accountable. Do the thing you say you want to do. Ultimately, you will become successful.

Congrats! You're doing amazing! There's a CHT in Alaska!

You'll waste time and feel overwhlemed when you study alone for the CHT. There's easier ways to feel successful and get through all the topics.

In a day and age where there’s a lot of options, too many options can make it confusing.

I’ve worked in all areas and what I love about hand therapy is it’s very technical. There’s a nice blend of science, art, and psychology.

Being an OT and specializing in hand therapy has been an amazing career for me.

We all get influenced by the people around us, especially when we are open to exploring. The patient who was positive gave me insight into how this profession can change lives.

Therapist who love their work influenced me to know that it’s possible to love my career too.

If you are exploring therapy or even hand therapy, be careful of who you ask and what you are asking because that can influence you.

I always gravitated to knowing why something was good or bad.

How people consume information is contantly changing. But what's been constant has been video for the past several years.

I started markeitng my clinic with pictures and all I got was other therapist liking my posts but I didn't get actual patients.

Once I started changing my marketing strategy, everything for my therapy clinic changed. People started calling. People started booking and paying premium for permium services.

Stop being so scared of showing up for your potential patients/customers that want what you have to offer. There's something for everyone. Just show up.

I didn’t know hand therapy was going to be my “thing”. I just wanted a job that I could make a long lasting career out of, be comfortable and safe, and enjoy my work.

Turns out hand therapy is my “thing”.

I count my lucky stars that stepping out into uncertainty was THE thing that actually makes me feel safe. I get out of my career what I put it.

I've been growing my clinic by showing up and sharing what I know and what we can offer at my clinic.

Youtube is by far my favorite channel to share what we do at my clinic. In the last 2 weeks, I've had patients calling to book appointments tht live county lines from my clinic. They are driving HOURS to be treated by my team.

They all say "I say your video and knew I needed to come here." Packages sold. Lives being changed. My patient said she was able to put her grand baby to sleep because her hand and arm feels better.

You can't beat it.

If you are in Peds and studying for the CHT exam, this message is for you.

The biggest hurddle you have to overcome is the lack of adult experience or ability to apply what you are studying to cases that you have to make decisions on even though you don't treat it daily.

Studying in the right way can contribute to the success of getting you to your exam date and passing the 1st time.

You can study easier using a complete system of study from lectures to practice questions and practice exams.

Utah was so fun! Invite me back! 😂 I love traveling for fun but it’s always extra fun for work, especially when I get to go meet so many great people. Get out there, take a great course or go to a conference that’s NOT your home town.

At ASHT conference, I met a doctor who created a product. I really liked it wanted to make a video to share it.

He was hesitant. FR...like you don't want free eyeballs?

I asked if I could tag him and he didn't have anything set up on social media. Now...he has thousands to throw away at a conference to "test" if this was going to work or not.

My therapy friends...maybe I'm speaking for myself but we don't have that kinda of play money to eff around with.

Social media is FREE. Set up your account. Put some information on there. And start sharing your s**t. I blows my mind that you are going to START a business and NOT have a social media account to share your products.

I shared his post and within 24 hours, I had over 10 comments, 18k views, and he didn't have an account that I can send people to. I went BACK to his booth and we had a great conversation about it.

He wanted to hire me but I told him I'm VERY expensive 😂😂 Hoang don't play.
