Deep tissue massage - this service will relax tense muscles, alleviate back pain, help loosen stiff limbs while toning superficial muscles while burning calories which is equal to spending 30 minutes in the gym - (for best results) schedule this massage after work or before bedtime.
Re-Flexology massage - this service will stretch muscles and tendons, help with range of motion, boost energy levels, loosen stiff joints and strengthen body structure and flexibility that is equal to 15 minutes of yoga - (for best results) schedule this massage before work or before strenuous activities.
Pressure (Circulation) massage - this service will increase circulation, help muscles recover from strenuous activities or the gym by circulating blood flow in and threw out the body, promoting the healing process, releases endorphins to enhance mood, Increases flow of Lymph to boost immune system - (for best results) schedule this massage after the gym or after any strenuous activities.
We also offer Hot/Cold Stone massage. But that service is a in-house service. Check with us for availability.
