Do you know what is beautiful?

Everyday I find myself growing more and more in love with me. Not just my physical self but my internal. Im seeing beauty in my flaws, and an energy within me that I’ve never seen before. Im patient and gentler with myself. I haven’t always shared what I’ve been through or my internal pain on my social platform. I would admire others that had the courage to do so, and inspire others to do the same. But i never could find it within myself to do the same. Everyday though, I’m a step closer to finding the inner coursge to accept my scars and free myself from invisible judgment. I believe It’s part of the healing process. And that is what makes us all absolutely beautiful. ❤️🥰

‘Twas a very merry Christmas, gnome sayin’? 🤪
Florida brought us a cold 🥶 Christmas 🎄 this year! Enjoying this weather until i leave for Birmingham and experience REAL cold 🥴.
I am Super grateful to spend this holiday with my parents. Usually we have a big Christmas with my grandparents and cousins. But because of this years chaos and also I’m moving soon we decided to keep it low key. My entire apartment is packed up but we got to make it special in our own way. The holidays have always been about slowing down from the year and enjoying the presence of family. This year especially i am happy Im able to share these moments with my parents. But also I am lucky enough to be apart of our growing Amped family as we prepare to open up a new club in T-minus 1 week! Which for me, this will be the ultimate gift of Christmas. 🎁
I’m full of anticipation/excitement for this next chapter. For now I’ll enjoy this semi FL heat 😅 and the presence of my friends/family. I Hope everyone had an amazing holiday! 🎄❤️

Tasty Tuesday!
I made my own pastry flour and made a sweet/savory apple pie doughnut.
🥐Pastry Flour 🥐
•2 cups Gluten free flour or (1 cup almond flour/ 1 cup coconut flour)
•1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
•250g frozen light .o.lakesbutter
•2/3 cup ice cold water.
🍎 Apple Pie Filling 🍏
•3 apples peeled and sliced
• 2 tbsp .o.lakesbutter
•1/2 c light brown sugar
• 2 tbsp baking sugar
👩‍🍳Instructions👩‍🍳
•preheat oven to 350 degrees
•Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl, place it in a refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
•Grate the frozen butter into the flour, while occasionally mixing it in to the flower to prevent it from sticking.
•Make a well in the bowl and pour in the cold water, mix until you have a firm, rough dough then refrigerate dough for 30mins
• in a bowl coat apples with butter and sugar mixture
•heat a saucepan and brown apples until softened.
•take dough out of fridge and begin to kneed it to soften up and place into doughnut molds.
• bake for 20 mins then place apples on top 😛🍎
If you know me you know that I am 100% a sweets person! I find it hard to limit myself sometimes especially on the holidays. So I try to remake sweets using healthier alternatives all the time so I can keep a good balance! I find baking/ cooking therapeutic! I don’t have a lot of time to do it but when I do I make sure to put a lot of love into it 🥰

I went into the club today & i seriously was on cloud 9 from this weekend. Even though everyone isn’t pictured here I couldn’t have asked for a better team here at Pinellas Park. When I got to Pinellas, this club welcomed me with open arms and this team wanted to be better so badly. We knew the potential that this club had and set a plan forward then executed. Even though we missed club of the year by ONE pay period it was an incredible run and the effort that everyone put forth was just beautiful. I am forever grateful for this year and what an honor it’s been to be a leader for this company. PPark is coming for that club of the year next year y’all wait 😈
What also motivates me is the team! I am fortunate enough to be surrounded by some of the greatest leaders in our company. These individuals motivate me to work harder every single day. & none of this could’ve been possible without you both. I couldn’t express my gratitude for all that you guys do and the work you both put in for our dreams to become reality.

Travis asked us to give it 10 years and I’m prepared to give Amped forever.
