The Puja Gong is a full-night sound meditation where the gongs are played continuously for 7½ hours. As the vibration fills the space, the body relaxes, the mind softens, and the nervous system moves into a deeper state of restoration.
Throughout the night, many people experience emotional release, mental clarity, and a sense of closing inner cycles. By sunrise, there is often a feeling of renewal as the system naturally reorganizes.
This is not a performance.
