Our teams came together across the country for this year’s Day of Service, turning one day into a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Day of Service is an annual tradition where Harvard employees dedicate time to give back through volunteer efforts that support local organizations, strengthen communities, and honor our founder Leo Doobin’s legacy of service.

From packing meals and supporting families, to partnering with local organizations and lending a helping hand where it is needed most, each location showed what it means to lead by example.

This day reflects who we are at our core. A company driven by people, purpose, and a shared commitment to making a difference.

Thank you to everyone who participated and made this year’s Day of Service such a success.

In the spirit of the holidays, we love celebrating the employees who bring heart, joy, and pride to their work every single day.
For many years, this incredible day matron has gone above and beyond, not only performing her daily responsibilities but also creating moments of happiness for everyone around her. Each holiday season, she transforms her maid cart into a festive, moving Christmas village complete with lights, music, and decorations that brighten the day for everyone she passes.

She has become part of the personality of the building itself, spreading cheer and building genuine connections with tenants along the way. Her dedication and thoughtfulness made such an impact that one tenant chose to recognize her this year with a special holiday bonus as a true act of kindness.

This is a wonderful reminder of the power of appreciation, and the difference one person can make every day.
