The Fitness Playground is a 5,000 sf outdoor space with fitness equipment and obstacles. We have several classes available for strength & conditioning as well as more competitive fitness and OCR training plus personal training.

HALF ROX every Sunday @ 8AM except when we do a full HYROX Sim. HALF ROX is all the same zones, equipment, weights and rules as a full HYROX just half the distances and reps. Best for HYROX beginners but still great endurance training for everyone.
