.moreyoga sharing some drills for strong legs! π₯π₯
Repeat each drill as many times as you wish!
1. Virabhadrasana I (warrior I) to humble warrior, hold, back to Virabhadrasana I
2. Uttkatasana with a pilates ball, squeeze and hold
3. Anjanejasana (lunge), hold, cactus arms, straighten front leg, back to lunge, repeat
4. From plank, lift one leg, pulse 10 times, switch legs, repeat
5. From Virabhadrasana III bring leg forward, hold, take Garudasana (eagle), extend the leg, bring it back to Virabhadrasana III, back to standing. Repeat :)
