Today’s surgery: an explant and breast lift for a patient whose saline implants have been in place for 11 years.
Her implants were placed under the muscle and had increased to a triple D size contributing to posture problems, discomfort, and autoimmune-related symptoms.

Dr. Dev will be removing the implants and performing a lift to restore a natural shape and balance, prioritizing both health and aesthetics.
