You ever notice how “healing spaces” get real quiet when injustice shows up?
Yeah… that silence is the wound.
Palestine didn’t make us lose our humanity — it revealed who still has one. And oh boy… that was both shocking to witness and experience.
Realizing that truth was heartbreaking — and liberating all at the same time.
It exposed the performative nature of modern spirituality, wellness, and coaching without essence, roots, or humanity.
I’m still stunned by how many in the “spiritual” world preach self-growth while ignoring collective responsibility.
They speak of “unconditional love,” yet stay silent about genocide.
Real trauma work is only ethical when we name the wound, the harm,
and center those who suffer systemic oppression — not our privilege.
My responsibility as a human — and then as an embodiment coach —
isn’t to make you comfortable while you uphold systems that dehumanize others.
I stopped centering comfort and started centering truth —
mine and the collective — even if it meant standing alone
in a sea of apathy, cowardice, and hate.
Because this is why we’re here:
to be the disruption,
the remembrance,
the seeds that tell the stories and honor the martyrs who paid the ultimate sacrifice for humanity to be awaken.
If you justify genocide while claiming you “love humanity,”
or cosplay as an “empowered woman” while ignoring the women of the Global South being slaughtered for existing —
this isn’t your space.
Around here, we dig ten toes down —
in truth, in justice, in intuition, and in liberation.
I actively decolonize spirituality, wellness, and coaching —
and call out their violent “sanctity” and self-righteous bluff.
Because comfort won’t save us…
But justice will. ✊🏼🔥
