Independent Living Systems (ILS), Florida Community Care, and United HomeCare® teamed up to share warm holiday cheer with local seniors. Independent Living Meals generously donated food to help ensure no table goes without this season.

Florida Community Care led an engaging lesson on healthy eating during the holidays, the perfect lead-in to our lively round of Nutrition Bingo, with every question based on the tips shared. The room filled with laughter, learning, and friendly competition, with prizes for all who played.

It was a joyful reminder of what Thanksgiving is truly about: community, gratitude, and caring for one another.

Please join us for this informative session and learn more about the ICMC program.

The Agency for Health Care Administration invites families to join upcoming virtual or in-person information sessions on the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Comprehensive Managed Care (ICMC) Program. These sessions are designed for families who have an adult child with an Intellectual and Developmental Disability and want to learn more about this new program and the supports it offers. Each session will include a presentation as well as time for questions, giving families the opportunity to better understand the program and how it may benefit their loved ones.

Join us for a community meeting and open house meeting to learn more about the Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Comprehensive Managed Care (ICMC) program. The ICMC Program is a new way to receive services and supports from the Florida Medicaid program. ICMC covers medical care and offers similar services to the iBudget Waiver.

This important meeting is being hosted by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and Florida Community Care (FCC) and it is designed to engage families, individuals receiving services, and community advocates in meaningful dialogue about the ICMC program expansion, enrollment process, service benefits, and more.

This Community Meeting is held in partnership with The Arc Jacksonville, Down Syndrome Association of Jacksonville, Hope Haven Jacksonville, Jacksonville School for Autism, Mainspring Academy, North Florida School of Special Education, and Pine Castle.
