To say that 2025 was hard is a gross understatement.

These photos are just a tiny slice of this past year’s “highlight reel.”

Like so many others my 2025 was intense, it was 365 days of unexpected changes and challenges . It wasn’t just one thing, it was so many aspects of life that were stripped away, deep layers peeled back. But I’m still here; I am still moving forward one step at a time.

These pictures are a reminder of the contrast of life. The Yin and Yang-light and dark. This is a reminder of all the beautiful moments and glimmers of light that surrounded me amidst the darkness.

2025 you were rough, but I got to travel throughout the Caribbean literally all year. I was blessed to be held by my community with so much love and unwavering support, my fur babies kept me sane, and I bought myself SO many flowers as an offering of deep self love ✨ These magical pieces of light shown through all the darkness and for that I’m grateful.

Cheers to the lessons, cheers to my deep resilience and so much love to my people who literally carried me through. You know who you are I don’t need to tag you 🤍

My wish for us all is an abundant, easeful, magical and happy 2026 ✨

I had the privilege to celebrate my 43rd birthday surrounded by so much beauty and love. I’ve been quiet on social media lately, I think it is part of my healing and transitional phase perhaps I am in a little cocoon of sorts.

In this phase of my life I am filled with immense gratitude for all my people-friends and family local and far away. I wouldn’t want to do this crazy journey of life without all of you.

Yesterday we gathered on my local beach for a little sunset glow and celebration-it was absolute perfection. For all that were able to be there in person I adore you and thank you for always being here for me and all the twists and turns. I have been wrapped in so much unconditional love this year and I am forever grateful.

Love you all to the stars ✨ and back! Cheers to the next 365 days 🌅

It was pre-cancerous.
