Day one is always the hardest, especially that first week. The toughest part of BBL recovery is sleeping on your belly and not sitting for weeks, but everything else is manageable.

With the right mindset, good food, hydration, walking, and real support, it gets better every week. This throwback reminds me how far you’ve come, you made it, hon. Fully healed and thriving. 💕✨
