Give this Functional Leg & Arms workout a try!☝🏻
•
All you need is a Chair, Dumbbells, Body weight & a Mat or you can improvise with bottles of water or cans and a beach towel and a Sofa or a Stool. 💪🏻🪑💦
•
Perform each exercise for 20 Reps per round; attempt 3-6 rounds each move. 😅
•
The active recovery is built into the workout at the beginning of each Round. 🙌🏻
•
10-15 sec rest in between exercises ✅
•
1️⃣ Elevated double Glute squeezes on chair or floor; 20 reps
•
2️⃣ Hinged Tap up; 20 reps each leg
•
3️⃣ Tricep Dips off chair or on floor; 20 total
•
