Hey Guys‼️

Give this Functional FullBody HIIT workout a try! For all levels, modifications are provided within the workout. ☝🏻🏋🏼‍♀️😎👌🏻

All you need is a Chair, Dumbbells, Body weight & a Mat or you can improvise with bottles of water or cans and a beach towel and a Sofa or a Stool. 💪🏻🪑💦 •
Warm up - Perform each move for 30 sec (5 min)

Workout- Perform each exercise for 90 sec each or 45/45 seconds on each side of the body. Left/Right 😅

Perform 2 Rounds Total of the Sequence. ⏱

Recover 15 seconds in between exercises & 90
seconds between Rounds. 🙌🏻 ✅

Post-workout- StretchIng (5 min) - check out my Stretching Videos on YouTube. •
Duration: 30-60 mins (30 min per Round including Warm up & Stretching)

2) PISTOL SQUAT TO FRONT LUNGE 45/45 sec
3) INCLINE BURPEE THRUSTER
4) CURTSEY STEP UP + LATERAL DELTOID RAISE 45/45 sec
5) SEATED HINGE TO BACK FLY
6) BENT OVER PENDULUM
7) ELEVATED SIDE PLANK 45/45 sec
😎 BENT KNEE HINGED TAP UP 45/45 sec
9) BULGARIAN SPLIT 45/45 sec
10) SEATED KNEE UPS
11) DECLINE PLANK SHOULDER TAPS
12) SEATED ROTATING RAINBOW KNEE TUCKS

Give this Functional Leg & Arms workout a try!☝🏻

All you need is a Chair, Dumbbells, Body weight & a Mat or you can improvise with bottles of water or cans and a beach towel and a Sofa or a Stool. 💪🏻🪑💦

Perform each exercise for 20 Reps per round; attempt 3-6 rounds each move. 😅

The active recovery is built into the workout at the beginning of each Round. 🙌🏻

10-15 sec rest in between exercises ✅

1️⃣ Elevated double Glute squeezes on chair or floor; 20 reps

2️⃣ Hinged Tap up; 20 reps each leg

3️⃣ Tricep Dips off chair or on floor; 20 total

Hey Guys‼️

Perform each exercise for 20 Reps total. 😅

Perform 3-6 non-stop Rounds of the Sequence. ⏱

The active recovery is built into the workout at the beginning of each Round. 🙌🏻

10-15 sec rest in between exercises ✅

1️⃣ Hip, Back & Waist Opener 20 reps total

2️⃣ Diagonal Step up + Bicep Curl 20 reps total

3️⃣ Incline or Horizontal High or Low Plank; or Upright Skaters 20 total

4️⃣ Upright Scapular Pull to Bent Over Narrow, Diagonal & Wide Row 5 Reps of each Row

Now it’s time to give it a go!‼️

FUNCTIONAL FULL BODY + CARDIO ROUTINE
Try this quick 3 Move Combo to target Glutes, Legs, Arms & Core. Perform as a Workout completing 2-3 Rounds of all 3 consecutive moves.
💪🏻Let me know in the comments how many Reps and Rounds you were able to do, I’m gonna be checking :) and challenge & tag a friend to try it! You’re so gonna feel this one! You can do it with or without equipment. You can do this as an express workout 10 min or less or combine it with other moves or as a finisher. 😅 This one gets my B***y every time!

1) SINGLE LEG SQUAT (30-45 sec each Leg; or count reps - 10-20X each Leg #
2) INCLINE TRICEP PUSHUP BURPEES (60-90 sec or 15-20x)
3) ELEVATED SINGLE LEG GLUTE THRUST (30-45 sec each Leg or 20-30x each Leg)
