~ Light on Relationships: Insights & Meditation with Michael.

✨ Relationships are at the core of every aspect of life. Yet despite their obvious importance, many of us have received little or no education or training on relationships.

✨ Join us for an insightful evening, featuring essential tools to help you create more intimate, harmonious, fulfilling relationships with your partner and yourself. We will conclude the session with a short meditation.

✨ All are welcome. Open to couples and singles.

~ Teacher bio:

Michael Stasko was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He earned a Master’s degree in aerospace engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he conducted research for NASA. A few year later, Michael was deeply moved by a series of personal insights and spiritual experiences that prompted him to leave his career and begin an inward journey.

In 2007, Michael met his teacher, Her Holiness Amma Sri Karunamayi and dedicated the next 10 years of his life to serving his Master, living in India and deepening his practice of yoga, philosophy, pranayama, meditation and Sanskrit chanting. In 2019, he moved back to Miami where he offers coaching on conscious growth, relationships and spirituality.

Kriya Yoga is an ancient spiritual practice rooted in breath and energy control, designed to accelerate your journey inward. It is a powerful system for spiritual evolution, awakening latent energy and elevating consciousness.

It involves techniques to purify the body and mind like pranayama (breathwork), mantra chanting, and mudras (hand gestures and movement) to awaken your inner potential and connect with the divine.
