Please swipe through and read the science behind this! Now, in my experience as a coach, these foods have been some of the hardest for people to eat but…

➡️ again, as I preach, all bodies are different and will react to foods differently. However, if you are on the more severe side, you may find these foods challenging.

➡️ Do keep in mind too that more research needs to be done to confirm most of these foods.

I won’t lie to you… I am terrible at recipes 😆
If anyone would be willing to give this recipe a shot and writing the recipe, you would be my hero! But here’s a guess:

Layer 1
1/4 c almond flour
5 tbsp butter or ghee or coconut oil
1 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp salt
Stevia (optional)

Layer 2
1/4 c coconut oil
3 tbsp carob powder
1/4 c choc chips

Freeze for 20 minutes, you can store them in the freezer and just let it thaw a bit or if you’re like me, eat them as is!

Keep in mind not everyone with eczema has a histamine intolerance. However, if you do, I hope this helps you as a quick cheat sheet!

Has anyone else noticed that babies/toddlers with eczema who are eating solids tend to struggle with histamines? It’s something I have noticed! Let me know in the comments ♥️

“Avoid seed oils” should really be…

Avoid oils that are inflammatory. Did you know that even a low quality olive oil can be inflammatory? When choosing to consume oils/fats you want ones minimally processed, stored in proper containers, and only heated to appropriate temperatures for that oil.

Let’s break this down:
➡️ misconception: dairy causes eczema - which sounds like “consuming any form of dairy at any time causes eczema” which is simple not true.

✨ Can someone have an allergy or intolerance to a protein or sugar inside of dairy? Absolutely! Could that be a huge contributor to their eczema? Again, absolutely.

➡️ However, that is NOT to say everyone will have that allergy. Eczema exists on a spectrum like I mentioned. If you have severe eczema it’s much more possible to have a dairy intolerance than someone with mild eczema. That’s because the more severe you are, the more complicated your case is. You may have a plethora of allergies and intolerances contributing towards your eczema.

➡️ With that being said, comment below if you can tolerate dairy, what kinds of dairy you tolerate or if you can’t tolerate it at all 👇 💬

✨ PS, I have created courses on histamine intolerance, stress management, candida and more which are all available inside my monthly community, Empowered Eczema. Get educated and connect with others, dm me “COMMUNITY” for details!

Here’s exactly what I do to treat my baby for cradle cap:
1. Gently remove the flakes with a little spoolie after I wash it or with oil in it
2. Use Cradle Calm overnight
3. I apply it during her evening bath then wash it out during her morning bath

Cradle cap is caused on a topical overgrowth of malassezia yeast which loves to feed off specific oils so you have to be careful what products you use to avoid making matters worse. Check out malassezia safe products 🎉

Not everyone with eczema has a histamine intolerance, this is important to keep in mind! It’s important to listen to your body to discover if you are impacted by it. Some signs I look for in clients:
➡️ Noticing worsening night itch after a day of histamine
➡️ Night itch gets better when histamines are reduced
➡️ Blisters on hands / feet
➡️ Flare after waking up

I have a whole course on histamine intolerance available inside the Empowered Eczema community! Comment “COMMUNITY” and I will dm you details
