Good evening everyone!!

I will be starting next week with Yoga for Golfer's and CardioGolf classes via Zoom. All classes are recorded and saved to the website so students may follow at their own convenience and as often as they'd like. I'll be traveling down to the Core Club in Durham, CT twice a month to offer private golf lessons,Yoga for Golfer's and CardioGolf classes. Classes are open to both men & women! No experience necessary. Yoga for Golfer's will increase mobility, stability, flexibility, focus & more. CardioGolf consists of a short cardio warmup and then a battery of golf drills refining technique to increase consistency! The one fee for private golf lessons can be for one individual or a group of two students. Video analysis is included! Last Thursday was the Ladies End of Year League Banquet. I was overwhelmed with a standing ovation, a beautiful banner, flowers, touching words, warm hugs and heartfelt wishes. Showered with countless thoughtful messages, cards, gifts and hugs these past few days...I am beyond blessed. I told someone today that I'm leaving home - to come home🥹 and boy that really tugged at my heartstrings. I sincerely love everyone that took the time to email, message, call, post, leave me gifts, treat me to breakfast & lunches....

This makes me SO happy and proud. Nancy took up golf two summers ago (2021). She wasn't too keen of the sport. She didn't think she had a real chance of it being something she could be good at or even enjoy. I saw Nancy in May leaving the Apple 9 and she was so downright disappointed and ready to quit that it really made me sad. I told her I wouldn't let her and not to give up because I'm not giving up on her. I promised to work with her one on one.

After taking Golf Fore Women 401 (with the same ladies she started Golf Fore Women 101 with!...who are the most supportive, lovely and fun bunch) and a couple of private lessons with me.......I can say she improved so much with each class with ball contact, distance, more consistency AND most importantly - having confidence. I love seeing her play regularly ...and smiling! This email took the cake. Thank you for sharing Karen. I love you ladies😘

In 2021 we were the largest in the world with 218 particpants. In 2022 we grew to 247 participants and this year 244. Lyman Orchards has hosted this event since the internationals event's inception in 2016. (2020 - skipped due to Covid) This year was year #7 and it's clear that we continue to be THE largest.

Heartfelt thanks to so many people...the entire Lyman Orchards staff, General Manager Jason Beffert, Assistant GM, Ashley Ryan, Golf Shop Manager, Lauren Dunn, ALL of the counter staff, the golf instructors (Greg, John, Suzi, Dan and special guest, Andra) and of course all 244 women who participated.

🎗The raffle proceeds are going to benefit the Middlesex Hospital Comprehensive Breast Center. A thank you to ⛳️Titleist for educating our ladies and giving away complimentary golf balls to all.

🎸Thank you Alek Rencurrel for playing live on our range for 2 hours before the 5:30pm wave of ladies teed off. Alot of fun!

🎤🎶🥁Thank you to my brother, Anthony Kulig and his band, "the Quiet Kind" for making the trek down to CT to perform during & after dinner!! The ladies enjoyed it!!

Women's Golf Day - June 6th...we have 10 spots left in the 10am event and 10 spots left in the 5:30pm event!!! Don't wait til the last minute ladies, we will sell out. 🏌‍♀️

We had 248 ladies participate last year...can anyone top that?

Awesome lesson with the stoic Jim Sweeney!

#1. We worked on improving his posture which will in turn improve his rotation on the backswing
#2. Making a good shoulder turn back instead of lifting and having his arms disconnect from his body.

Yes, I love teaching women.....but truly love teaching in general and helping everyone improve...especially when they can verbalize, understand and OWN what they need to improve on and practice so the changes become more natural!
