This quick 4 exercise workout is sure to get you working up a sweat! Complete each exercise below for 30 seconds each and repeat for 2-3 rounds!
- Hip Hinge (band under both feet, choke up on band for desired resistance)
- Stir the Pot (each leg - switch clockwise/counter clockwise)
- Alternating Draw the Bow (anchored)
- Nordic Skiers
