Led by a Mom to 3 littles, Infant Physical Therapist & Certified Babywearing Educator (CBWS), this group is intentionally kept small so every baby & caregiver feels seen. The Play Cafe is closed to outsiders during our group time. Siblings welcome 🧸

🌱Little Baby Playgroup🌱

Those early weeks & months with a baby can feel tender, overwhelming and a little lonely — even when everything is going “well.”

Little Baby Playgroup is a gentle space for you & your baby to slow down, connect & feel supported.
We’ll gather in a small group to:
✨ explore simple, developmentally supportive play
✨ practice tummy time & early movement in a calm, baby-led way
✨ bond with your baby through proper massage & Babywearing techniques
✨ talk through milestones, baby gear & the latest social media myths
✨ share questions, worries & wins — without judgment

This isn’t about pushing babies to do more. It’s about understanding your baby, responding to them & building confidence together.

Led by an Infant Physical Therapist, Certified Babywearing Educator (CBWS) & Mother of 3 littles, each cohort is intentionally small so every baby & caregiver feels seen and supported.

If you’ve been wanting:

It was another beautiful year of…

✨ Babies finding their bodies
✨ Parents finding confidence
✨ Floor time becoming joy
✨ Milestones celebrated (& de-pressurized)
✨ Rounder baby heads without helmets
✨ Creating community in pregnancy & beyond
✨ So much learning, unlearning & growing — right alongside families

It was a challenging year both personally & professionally, coming back from maternity leave at the beginning of the year & trying to squeeze the same amount of work, if not more, into two days when I had been working four days a week prior to B’s birth. I saw you on weekends & during times my husband could push off his own work meetings. We met virtually, in your homes, at local parks, at community spaces & in daycares. Several times I was ready to throw in the towel & either stay home full time or find a “real job”. This work, walking alongside parents as they step into parenthood & during their most vulnerable moments of fresh, new parenthood, can be really heavy sometimes. I found myself exhausted & doubting whether I was really meant to do this work, wondering if it was time to move on.

But you kept showing up, asking the questions, wanting the support & sending your friends next. As long as you do that, I’ll be here 🫶🏻

Cheers to 2026 🥂 — maybe I’ll finally figure out how to automate those marketing & follow up emails and get my documentation done in a timely manner. Here’s to hoping 😅
