You vs You is golden. But don’t get stuck on your ‘former’ you. Embrace your ‘current’ you while you work on your ‘future’ you. I don’t know about you I remain a work in progress and I welcome every season of me. Go WIN your days. Hugs!PS: I don’t own any rights to this music

Let’s create hope through Action: Major depression is one of the most common mental illnesses, affecting more than 8% (21 million) of American adults each year.
15% of youth (3.7 million) ages 12-17 are affected by major depression.
Just like physical health checks such as blood pressure, diabetes, breast screenings are important, so is Depression Screening. Mental health screenings are different from mental health diagnosis -they are simply a point to help identify symptoms and determine if/when further evaluation is needed by a TRAINED mental health specialist.DASSIT! Your family, your friends, your church leaders etc may not be the EXPERT help that you need. Mental health issues such as depression do not discriminate. Don’t wait for a crisis to get screened. In fact, many people discover symptoms that they’ve normalized for years. Change the Narrative.
Here is a trusted site to find resources https://mhanational.org/conditions/depression/
Mental Health America offers free, anonymous, online screening tools.
