Join me at Happy Buddha Yoga for a fun, bonding experience with your little one between the ages of 1 and 2👶🏼

Saturday 11/22 8-9am : Donation-Based Gratitude Flow on Google Meet
Join me for a virtual class to honor the season of giving. Class will be donation-based and 50% of donations will be donated to Regional Food Bank to help feed those in need. In two days (Wednesday, November 5th), the Beaver Supermoon will be rising🌕
The Beaver Moon symbolizes reflection and preparation as nature starts to slow down and welcome winter.
Beavers diligently prepare for winter, so this is a reminder for us to do the same.
What have you accomplished so far this year?
What is your current focus for the remainder of the year?
This a great time to reflect and a great time to communicate.
Have important conversations now, check in with loved ones, connect with one another.

Here are some journal prompts to guide you through this full moon:
1) What intentions are you considering for the new year?
2) What projects or focuses would you like to bring to a close before the year ends?
3) How can you ground yourself as winter comes nearer?
4) Is there anything you have been meaning to say/a conversation you have been wanting to have that you have been holding yourself back from?
5) What helps make you feel prepared?
