Meet Erika, Clinical Manager at WesTex Urgent Care!
Erika brings 16 years of experience in the medical field, along with a strong background in clinical leadership. She began her career as a Medical Assistant in 2009 and has continued to grow through increasingly advanced roles, most recently serving as a Clinical Practice Lead at Adventist Health in Bakersfield, California.
Erika and her husband, Phillip, relocated to Odessa in December 2024. Together, they have five children: Johnathan, Aryianna, Adalyn, Mila Rose, and their oldest daughter Jocelyn, who attends college in Bakersfield but visits often.
Outside of work, Erika enjoys cheering on her daughters as a proud volleyball mom, reading, and baking sourdough bread.
We’re excited to have Erika at our Yukon clinic and as part of the WesTex family. Her experience, leadership, and passion for patient care make her a wonderful addition to our Team and the communities we serve.
