FIND YOUR WHY đȘđ
One of my biggest reasons for training these days is right here in these pictures.
Itâs the joy on my sonâs face when I launch him as high as I can into the air⊠and the fact that he always says, âAgain, Dad! Again!â
If I didnât work out, I probably wouldnât be able to throw him half as highâor worse, I might injure myself trying.
I donât ever want to tell my kid, âSorry buddy, I canât give you a piggyback ride⊠my back hurts.â
I want to keep up with my kids for a long, long timeâto have adventurous, physical fun with them for decades.
And itâs not just about what I can do with them, itâs about showing them whatâs possible with these intergalactic meat suits weâve been gifted. I want them to grow up seeing the value in taking care of their bodies, being strong, and staying curious about their physical potential.
