Today marks 2 years of having my own practice 🎉

It’s hard to put into words how much it means to me that I have a practice built around being able to treat patients in the best possible manner while having a schedule that allows me to be there for my kids and supports my own health 🙌🏻 The amount of growth (both personal and professional) that I have felt in the last two years is huge and I can’t wait to see how I keep growing! 🎉

A huge thank you to all of you who have supported me in these last two years ❤️ I wouldn’t be living this dream without you!

Not perfect form. Not a PR. And not perfectly confident that I could launch that barbell overhead without hitting myself in the face with it 🤦🏻‍♀️

But this was a great reminder to me of how strong I am even with two kids.

Having a young family and staying active is not the easiest thing. The number of times I’ve missed a workout because a kiddo was sick, modified a workout because a kiddo joined me and decided to steal my equipment, or paused a workout to help someone go potty is countless.

But I love knowing that my kiddos are growing up watching me do tough things so that they know that it’s okay to do tough things too.
