Candlelight Fridays are back!! Starting this Friday@ 7:30...
Soothing music and soft lighting set the tone for this gentle, meditative class. Unwind as you move mindfully and release tension through longer holds. The candles will be lit and a deeper internal focus encouraged. Perfect for beginners or those just in need of a deep healing physically & emotionally. This is a donation class with students paying what they like.

BEGINNERS ASHTANGA SERIES
Approaching Ashtanga Yoga may seem intimidating to beginners. It is a challenging sequence packed full of many postures! To encourage & help those interested in learning this practice, we're offering a set of 4 classes just for beginners! We'll move slowly and add postures as we go along, giving you the foundation and confidence to join one of our regular Ashtanga classes! Thursdays at 5:30... September 11th, 18th, 25th & October 3rd.
