Some of you have had the pleasure of meeting our new Nurse Practitioner, Emma Davis, in the office, but if you haven't been by recently, allow us to make the introduction:
Emma is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping patients feel their best, both inside and out. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Christopher Newport University. Over the past 6 years, she has cared for patients in a variety of settings, including orthopedic surgery, medical/surgical, and postpartum care.
Emma has a special interest in weight management, hormone health, and chronic disease management. She believes in meeting patients where they are and creating care plans that are realistic, supportive, and tailored to each individual. Her friendly and compassionate approach helps patients feel comfortable opening up about their goals and concerns, so they can work together as a team.
Emma and her husband, Kevin, recently moved to the Richmond area and are enjoying the change of pace from Northern Virginia. They’ve loved settling into the community and finding new favorite local spots. Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being with her rescue dog, Kai, and two cats, Winston and Molly.
