National Activity Professionals Week Spotlight: Kari Daugherty 🌟

If you want to talk about innovative senior living programs, you have to talk about Kari at Copper Creek Senior Living. She is redefining what’s possible in life enrichment by building community partnerships with organizations like the National Ability Center and Wasatch Adaptive Sports—allowing residents to suit up and hit the slopes with the support they need.

These experiences matter! We strive to empower residents to continue doing the things they’ve always loved—creating powerful moments of joy, identity, and connection.
..and Kari doesn’t stop there. From skiing adventures to a recent outing to a rage room (where residents had an absolute blast smashing things), her programming is bold and next-level.

This one is about how small they can be. I've posted this one before, but it's such a great example of the success that comes from setting goals so I'm posting it again.

The British rowing team didn’t chase massive change.
