The Fit Nutritionista Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant Jennifer Armstrong, is the dynamic powerhouse behind The Fit Nutritionista. I am proud to say that I lost over 65lbs.

As the companie’s CEO, and Certified Nutrition & Wellness Educator and Consultant, Jen utilizes her years of knowledge and experience to put her clients on the path to living their best life!

Her goal at The Fit Nutritionista is to be a motivating and inspirational resource for fitness, nutrition, health, and holistic wellness through her books, publications, teachings, and trainings.


2014:
My journey to getting myself fit and healthy began a few years ago. After the birth of my daughter I gained a significant amount of weight and began to have an array of health problems. Some of those problems included extreme back pain, sciatic nerve pain, and major intestinal discomfort and pain. After having a major health scare and needing to have a colonoscopy to rule out intestinal cancer I decided it was time to take back my life. I was tired of not having enough energy to chase after my little ones and living with the fear that as a young woman I wouldn't be able to do all the things I can do now. and I am the fittest I have ever been in my life. By making changes in my diet, practicing yoga and meditation, and adopting a more active lifestyle I am now a lot happier, healthier, and able to handle the stresses of life easier. I am so excited to share with you how I got to be a healthier me.

After two weeks off and doing absolutely nothing, I made it back to teach Sets and Reps yesterday and I completed my first Hyrox Daily Workout today! I’m completely out of shape but I’m committed to getting back to my plan!

with was much needed! Wasn’t sure we were going to brave the cold for real! 😆🫣🥶 I told her I was scared to get out of the car and let me tell you… when that windchill hit me I was glad I pulled out my winter running gear! Might be our last run club date for a while but, it’s been such a dope experience! I’ll definitely be back when it warms up again! ❤️✨👟
