Hey beautiful people!
Wanted to get on here and share some updates for May!
First, I will be teaching a self care and massage for seniors class at the Milford Senior Center on Monday, May 4th at 12:30pm. Cost is free for members and $5 for non members. I will be going over how massage can benefit and fit into your life and self care tips to help with common issues in the body.

Second, I will be taking my CEUs this month and one class I am very excited to take to offer to my clients is massage for menopause. In this class I will learn different techniques to help relieve symptoms of menopause. I cannot wait to share this with you all!

Third, below will be listed my open appointments I have for May. Please reach out to secure your appointment!

I will have some products for sale to help aid in your self care routine!
For now I will be offering :

Weighted heat/ice neck wrap- $20
When they are available they will be added to my website for purchase.
I will also have some available with me while I am working.
They will also be available for purchase at my self care/massage class for seniors at the Milford Senior center on 5/4.
If this works out, I will expand my shop to offer pillows, dry brushes, cups, and other self care products.
All these products I personally use and highly recommend as a part of daily self care.

Appointments are filling up QUICK!
Currently next openings are the first full week in April!!!! If you want to book, now is the time! Get yourself feeling better body, mind, and soul.

Need something sooner??? Do not worry!!! I also am available the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at the Milford Senior Center. These are done on the table or chair, fully clothed. These session are 20 minutes long(you can book more than one 20 minute slot) these are great for someone who is short on time or only need certain areas worked on. These are also wonderful for regular clients looking for an extra session to keep their bodies feeling in tip top shape!
You do not need to be a member of the center to schedule. To get on the schedule call the senior center at 302-422-3385. My next availability there will be March 12th and the 26th.

I also do chair and table massages at the Milford Senior Center 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. This is great for in-between sessions as a tune up session. Back, shoulder, neck focus. 20 min for 25$. No need to be a member.

Wow....blessed is an understatement. I truly appreciate all of your support! With that being said, I only have 6 open appointments for the rest of November. I'm highly suggesting to reach out asap if you are trying to schedule for November. And, I am encouraging all client to book at least 2-3 appointments out at this point.
I am currently not taking any new clients for the rest of 2025.
