Ok I did not post the past few days because I was working all the hours i could and the swelling and aches were at their worst. Now as of yesterday, day 8 and today, day 9 I am sore all around the elbow but my hand is no longer stiff and tight and swollen. The bruising is now mostly yellow and green (uck)! And the fingers on my ulnar side are bruised. All in all, with lymphatic work, red light therapy, and use of Asea redox I have not had to take anything at all for pain or inflammation. Everything is so amazingly tolerable. Thank God.
