Had the best time competing at Scary Strong this weekend! Ended up going 8/9 and finishing with 105kg squat, 77.5kg bench, and 145kg deadlift (231lbs/ 170.5lbs/319lbs)

It was such a well run meet and it was great seeing some of my Onward Power teammates in person. Huge thanks to for the coaching. Thanks to Meghan, my partner in crime at Revolution Wellness for keeping me healthy, and of course to my husband for following me into strange gyms at the crack of dawn to be my hype squad.

and I had ourselves a time at Hyrox Boston!! The venue was so cool and we had a blast. Now time for me and my forehead to turn around and finish prepping for Scary Strong in a few weeks.

Thanks for making sure I didn't die. I wish I could promise I'll be less impulsive moving forward (but I can't 😂)
