I’ve been a little quiet for the last couple of months.
Not because anything was wrong — but because sometimes life nudges you to step back and pay attention when things don’t quite feel lined up.
I found myself getting caught up in the parts of this space that never really mattered to me:
the marketing strategy, the algorithm, the “perfect hook,” the pressure to post for posting’s sake. Trying to force instead of letting things flow in their own cadence.
Somewhere in the noise, I realized I had drifted from my why.
And my why is simple, pure, and rooted in love.
I’m here because I care about people.
People who feel lost in their own lives.
People who are having a hard time navigating life after grief or a major transition.
People looking for a way forward when the path doesn’t feel clear. People who don’t want to walk the path alone because it feels too hard… or because they don’t know where to go next.
I needed space to remember that.
So I stepped back.
I stopped forcing it.
I let myself recalibrate.
And now that the pieces feel aligned again, I’m ready to come back—not with more strategy, but with more heart.

Guilt after losses sneaky.

Sometimes it’s loud and obvious, like the voice that says, “you shouldn’t be happy without them.“

Sometimes it’s quiet, just to subtle happiness when you laugh, dream, or start to feel good again.

But guilt doesn’t mean you don’t care. It means you’re human.

You can love someone fiercely and still create a life that makes you want to wake up in the morning.

And joy?
Joy doesn’t erase them.
It’s how you carry them forward 🤍

For some, the pain feels like the last thread holding them together.
They cling to it- because without it… What’s left?

For others, the pain is unbearable and they want to get as far away from it as they can.
They run from it because sitting in it feels like drowning.

Maybe no one ever told you:
Grief doesn’t mean, choosing between remembering and rebuilding.

You’re allowed to carry them with you and create something new.
You’re allowed to soften, not shatter.

If you’ve been holding your breath in the space -
Just now: it’s safe to start exhaling.
You weren’t meant to stay, stuck in one space forever.

There’s a quiet kind of loss that no one talks about.

It doesn’t come with sympathy cards or casseroles.
It comes with invisible heaviness.
Missed calls.
Guilt you can’t shake.
And a longing you don’t know how to name.

You might call it burnout. Depression. Overwhelm.
But more often than not… it’s unspoken grief.

Grief isn’t just about death.
It’s any moment your life splits into before and after.
A relationship that ended.
A future that vanished.
A version of you that quietly disappeared.

I’ve lived there.
