Nurse turnover keeps getting treated like a people problem.
It is not.
Across health systems, we keep seeing the same failure point.
Not burnout.
Not resilience.
Not engagement scores.
It shows up in how leadership decisions land day to day on the unit.
Over the past year, we have been working with nurse leaders to test what happens when you intervene there directly.
That work is now moving forward as the Clinical Workforce Retention Initiative.
