Today’s workout came with an adorable twist — early dismissal meant this mama brought her little guy along, and he turned her plank into his personal tunnel.

And you know what? She didn’t skip a beat. She held that plank, laughed through it, and showed exactly what it looks like to stay committed even when motherhood throws curveballs.

This is the heart of training with me — showing up, adapting, and finding strength in the messy, beautiful moments. Moms don’t need perfect conditions… just a little support and a whole lot of heart. Keep going, you’re doing amazing. 🩷

Today’s focus: Post-Workout Recovery!
After your workout, give your body the love it deserves with a good stretch routine — your muscles will thank you later.

Hold each stretch for 30–45 seconds:
💗Quad
💗 Hamstring
💗 Hips
💗 Hip flexors
💗 Calves

Postpartum assessment

Every mom’s recovery looks a little different, and that’s why assessment is such an important first step. Here I’m checking for muscle tension, diastasis recti, deep core engagement, and breathing patterns. Through gentle palpation and core release techniques, I can feel how the muscles are responding and where extra support is needed.

This process helps me create a personalized plan for rebuilding strength, improving function, and helping moms feel more connected to their core again — safely and effectively. ❤️
