Barefoot Compression Therapy uses a modality of bodywork where the therapist uses feet to apply pressure (usually the heel and sometimes the sesamoid bone) instead of hands. Direct pressure is applied to the muscles to give slow, deep, and thorough compression. By utilizing the feet, therapists are able to apply more pressure with less discomfort, maintain pressure longer than with hands and have a larger contact surface resulting in more tolerance for deep pressure for the client. Each session is especially tailored to your needs and desired results. You stay fully-clothed, so remember to wear comfortable clothing. If you don't love the first session, the first session is free. If you don't feel great after the session, there is no charge, no questions asked. In our 10 years of experience, everyone that has received our services has loved it. We look forward to impressing you! By appointment only.
