Let us reintroduce ourselves and the heart behind High Vibes MKE 💜

High Vibes MKE was founded by Ericka & Stephanie, who began their Reiki journeys in 2019 for very different reasons, yet with the same soul-driven intention:
to share the powerful, life-changing benefits of the healing modalities that deeply transformed their own lives.

✨ Meet Ericka
Ericka is a highly intuitive, empathic, and compassionate Reiki Master & Shamanic Practitioner. She also works with Light Language, expressed through symbols and spoken sound.
Her grounded, nurturing, motherly energy creates a safe and calming space — helping clients feel supported through even their biggest inner storms. She has a true gift for holding space and honoring people’s stories.

✨ Meet Stephanie
Stephanie is an intuitive Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Sound Practitioner who weaves visualization meditation, somatic and fascia work into her healing sessions for deep transformation.
With training in multiple energy medicine modalities, she believes vibration and frequency are the future of healing — and that ancient wisdom, when applied in modern times, will lead the way forward.
Stephanie also loves teaching and sharing wisdom in a light-hearted way.

🌿 How High Vibes MKE Began
High Vibes MKE was born in February 2020 as a small Etsy shop offering Reiki-infused crystal pendulums, earrings, and bracelets — blending creativity with energy healing.

Over time, this evolved into:
✨ Vendor fairs: graphic tees, pendulums, jewelry
✨ Traveling sound baths
✨ In-studio sound journeys
✨ And eventually, our own Reiki treatment space in Cudahy, WI

🌟 Where We Are Now
Today, we’re honored to call The Delaware House in Bay View, Milwaukee our home — a beautiful community space shared with practitioners of dance, yoga, massage, physical therapy, and personal training.
Here, we offer 1:1 sessions as well as large group experiences.

While we no longer do vendor fairs or maintain large clothing inventory, custom pieces are always welcome, and our pendulums and jewelry are still available.

✨ And This Is Just the Beginning…
We are deeply grateful for where we are — and also planting seeds for some BIG dreams. This is far from the end of the line for us.

🎊 12th Day of Yule – New Year’s Eve

Tonight marks the final night of Yule and the threshold between years—a powerful moment for clearing, intention, and renewal.

Before you re-celebrate, take time to clean your space once more. Sweep away lingering energy and smudge your home with sage, juniper, or palo santo, inviting clarity and fresh beginnings. If you created wish ornaments earlier in the season, this is the night to release them—burning them at midnight as a symbolic offering to the coming year.

In our home, New Year’s Eve is rich with tradition. We eat herring and round fruits like oranges and grapes to symbolize abundance and continuity. Coins go into pockets to call in prosperity, and polka dots are worn for good luck. At midnight, we step outside with our luggage to welcome travel and movement in the year ahead, and we’ve even been known to “wash” our money as a ritual of renewal. Of course, no New Year’s Eve is complete without singing Auld Lang Syne, honoring where we’ve been as we welcome what’s to come.

Every tradition is a thread of intention woven into the year ahead.
