Healing looks different for everyone. It’s not easy and there is no set date to heal. It starts with you and includes change of thought process, change of behaviors and patterns, facing your fears, addressing the hard stuff, accountability (if needed)and taking time and steps to move forward. Also change of environment and the people that can interfere with your healing. Detach, isolate but not for long and learn and relearn healthy and happy. It comes with mistakes, back sliding and pain. Try not to be too hard on yourself. Add positive and supportive people and things to fill in times when it’s hard. It’s ok to heal.🌱
