What a day for the community 🙌🏾

We had an amazing time partnering with Health Connections for their Cancer Awareness Health Fair & Charity Basketball Game. From the energy on the court to the conversations happening off of it, this was bigger than basketball.

Moments like this remind us that health starts with connection, trust, and showing up for one another.

Grateful to everyone who came out, engaged, and took a step toward prioritizing their health.

Grateful for everyone who joined us at From Our Roots to Our Health Event. These conversations around genetic ancestry, health, and community matter deeply, and it was powerful to share that space together.

At the Prostate Health Equity Project, we’re committed to addressing prostate cancer disparities among Black men by bringing culturally grounded education, screening opportunities, and trusted resources directly into the community. When we come together, learn together, and support one another, real change becomes possible.

We’re excited to keep the conversation going and hope to see you at our next community gathering.
