That’s why I’m intentional about every ingredient I use in my formulations. No palm oil. No fillers. Just plant-based oils that actually nourish and support the skin barrier.

Skin glow starts within ✨

This simple dish is made with purple yam, a mineral-rich root that supports skin health with antioxidants that help promote a natural glow. When boiling your purple yam, don’t throw away the water — that deep purple water still contains minerals and can be sipped warm or saved for later nourishment.

Once cooked, open the yam and keep the toppings simple and intentional.
Sardines provide healthy omega fats that support skin moisture and elasticity.
H**p seeds add plant-based omegas, protein, and minerals that help nourish the skin from the inside out.

To finish, add just a touch of salt — or, if you prefer, a little honey or fresh lemon juice to balance the flavors. Simple is best.

This is a reminder that skincare isn’t only what you apply — it’s also what you consume.

I’m beyond grateful to have a partner who is everything I could ask for and more. 💫 Through every high and low, he stands beside me, not just cheering me on but truly being a part of this journey. From carrying boxes to calming my worries, from encouraging words to silent support when I need it most—he shows up for me every single day.
