Had a great morning hanging with my Renew Holistic peeps Kelly Jess & Kyra at Waterford Schools Wellness Day. Such an honor to support these teachers. They even had puppies there….life doesn’t get better than that!!

✨🚀 Had the opportunity to hang with some awesome teachers at South Milwaukee HS yesterday. We’ll take the bright rays of ☀️sun streaming in even if it meant a quick angle change in pic! It was a morning focused on 🌿🌿wellness and health with incredible & inspiring guest speaking appearance by Tasha Schuh. Such a gift to contribute to the collection of wellness resources that help 🍎teachers support themselves, and in turn, better teach & support our learners!! Thank you SMke ✨🙏🚀

💫 Much thanks to , & the courageous peeps who braved the brutal cold 🥶 to soak in some deeply relaxing & restorative Yoga. We sprinkled in a decent amount of foot reflexology 👣allowing people to sink deeper into their bodies and the feeling of peace ☮️ !

While we did mostly relaxing reflexology techniques at the workshop, reflexology taps into the body’s natural healing system and many people benefit from
⬇️ ache & pain reduction - neck, shoulder, hip, knee, etc.
🤕Relief from headaches & migraines
😴Improved sleep
Better mental clarity
